My Father has his Grandfathers Zippo handwarmer. It has a little felt bag it sits in.  They do work great, but there is a smell. wouldn't use it deer hunting, but great for ice fishing.

I have used them in the past. They work good but didn't want to keep dealing with fuel. Now I just take a couple of the disposable charcoal (chemical) hand warmers for when my hands get to cold.

Just ordered a new one last week should be here any day now. There is some smell but the fish don't care. They are warmer than the packets and last for a long time with on fill up.
