Ice Auger

Sold my old auger and looking to buy a new one. Likely a Eskimo or Jiffy. Where in Regina would have the best deals and service? Not from the city. :icefish:

Eskimo z71 10" at wholesale seems like a good deal, 429$ + tax. I just dont like how much plastic they have on theses augers now. My tecumseh jiffy white lightning fell out of the truck @ 60 KM/H on pavement and didnt break.. still started first pull at the lake too.

Although if money wasent as issue I would buy the Tanaka with a strikemaster flighting or the husqvarna.

I'm with Layne,  I have to be honest, I don't know how good the other augers are, but I have had my 3 hp Jiffy for 22 years, yep I'm an old fart, and other than a couple of carb kits, last one engineman installed for me last year, my Jiffy is still going strong, cuts holes in seconds with a sharp blade. The only negative would be it's a little heavy for you to carry around if you like to drill 50 or 60 holes.  F.B.
The worst day fishing is better than the best day at......heck! you guys already know that!
