old my jeep this year cause i cant haul a shanty in it lol, got a 2004 toyota tundra ext cab, should haul all of my gear and my buddies.  Just ordered a new team wild, otter wild2 shanty.  got my vex charged and ready to go. only thing i need to do i put new line on my rods and maybe get a few new tip ups and a new rod....   cant wait to made trips up to the columbus area lakes!

I'm not to happy about these temps lately. I am still holding out hope that we will be on the ice in two months. I fished Alum the other day and water temps were 68.

Can't wait until tomorrow, Nov. 1st. Means only one more month til icefishing. I predicted we would have ice around Dec. 27th. Lets hope its even earlier.

The birdbath has had ice on it the last few mornings, so have the water buckets on the driving range at my golf course! It's nice to know golf season is almost over and icefishing is right around the corner!

Day after Thanksgiving and it's 61 degrees out  :%$#!: I'm thinking it'll be Christmas/New Years time frame for safe ice(4") :%$#!:  I sure would like to find a couple of small farm ponds with some decent panfish in them around here!! (Dayton & north) Anyone help an old ice head out, or want some company  ???  Just "fishin'"!!!  :whistle:
