Here's most of the info, the material is 1 and 1/8th wide by 5/8th thick.  The holes are spaced at 7 and 1/2 inches starting at about 1 and 1/8th from the front.   Mines the big one man but I used the Otter runners from the next one up, just cut them a bit shorter.  I'm guessing yours will be 46 inches long, just measure from the cavity where they go at the front to the end of the raised rib at the rear.

For less then 1/2 the price of the hyfax kit, I bought enough 3/4 PVC trim boards to do my Frabil XL Twin and my otter medium sled !

I was lucky enough to have a friend that worked at a mine, he brought me home some pieces of teflon and I cut them to fit under my otter II. My sleigh should last forever now! :)

The otter has indents for the teflon to fit into, so with a little grinding and shaping they fit like a glove.

I use HUMV for the bottom. I got some scrap pieces from a buddy. Myother toboggan has had them on for 15 yrs. If your pulling your portable by had keep the bottom waxed. The snow doesn't stick and it glides easier.
