One More Weekend?

I will be up in the islands this weekend.  Maybe get two if the weather holds.

I'm going again.went out last Saturday at hibbard bay,abnaki bay. fishing was great, But coming off the ice was very Interesting. Had to push back and forth a broken piece of ice to get our stuff and crew on to shore.

We caught 9 northerns,1 pickerel 1 largemouth,1 bluegill and about forty perch.

I dont think so, fished harder and longer and more days than any other season with a lot less luck, hearing the same from just about everyone i talk to as well.

Had a banner season myself. And with this weeks cooler temps/not much sun, its looking like I'll be taking at least another trip or two.

I hope the bite picks up this weekend.  The weekend after the Great Benson Derby, things slowed down for me.  Otherwise its probably one of, if not the best seasons I have had.

Going out for sure this weekend, may try Elmore Lake. Hope Rt. 12 bait shop is still selling. Does anyone know how long they plan on staying open this

I am done, getting the boat ready. Had a great season, best since
 Smelt were legal at bait shops. I scored well on LT, RT and LLS.

Fish smart,not hard! It's not the time you put in, it's what you put into the time...it was a nice long season that's for sure but its not over yet!

i live on the georgia shore, st. albans bay, milton shore.  anyone know where i can get on? last week i went through up to my chest.  the ice had receded, too far for a board!  thanks... i just really wanna get back out there...  anyone fishing little hosmer??

I think one more weekend, sure. We may try Button Bay Saturday. Sometimes late season the slab perch are in there and have caught salmon and lakers this time of year too.
