All on tipups this year. This is my best year for big smallies ever at Bantam. We usually get them this time of year near rocky flats in 6-12 feet of water but not that many over 2 lb. I would love to get a big one on a jigging rod .

Bantam Lake is the largest natural lake in Ct. The west shore is the easiest accessible spot,  located off of route 209 in Bantam Ct.
