fish fry breading

Looking for a good fish fry breading for deep frying,or a good recipe.Thanks

crushed ritz with cajun seasoning. dip filets in flour, then egg, then ritz mixture. Sometimes i'll dip again in egg and then again in ritz to really pack on the breading. Try making fish cakes to switch it up a bit. Just follow a crab cake recipe, but use perch or gills or whatever you caught instead.

Salt& Pepper potato chips or Dill Pickle.  Dip fillets in egg wash, into the crushed chips and into hot oil.

marinate filets in plain yellow mustard for 30 minutes, then put in ziplock with Zatarains fish fry- shake 'em up to coat.  fry at 360 degrees in fryer until barely floating (often ~2 minutes or less depending on size of filets)- best you ever had!
