I was out there last weekend with my sons and used an underwater camera for the first time. We had 5 different species on the screen at the same time! Perch, bluegill, largemouth bass, northern and crappie. It makes ice fishing a lot more fun! Everything was biting light and the camera made a huge difference. My boys (8 and 9 yrs old) were making such a ruckus with the fish on the screen, I thought for sure we'd scare away the fish and attract other fishermen to see if everyone was still alive! Was disappointed to see all the cabbage weed and hornwort vegetation almost completely gone! The missing structure really made the fish come and go. Heard that the dnr had eradicated it. Will have to waypoint some permanent underwater structure. Great video. Will have to make my own! Dave
