Big Bay derby

Anybody going?? If anybody makes it up there this week I want to know if you can get around anywhere with a truck, or if there is too much snow ? Thanks

Was up there on Sat. It is possible to get to some spots with a truck. 12-15 in. of ice where I was (in front of boat launch) there were people driving around in trucks when I was there. Be careful though because there were some slushy spots. roughly a foot of snow on the ice.

Was watching a couple buddies test their race sleds,,,,thought bout taking a rod along but just laughed to myself and picked up a 12 pack instead.

Drinking in Big Bay is a helluva lot less aggravating than fishing in Big Bay

iam heading up friday night staying at a buddys camp for the weekend... should be a good time as usual.. Hopfully i can be on the ice early saturday mornin by 7 well see how that goes  ;D.....  see ya up there wood!
