myself  cage279 and fishing24/7  we thinking about hitting the cove with u all  but we have had success their in tourney before.   we took  first and 6 place.  nice 900 doller day of fishing.    fish we hitting right away and i Had a felling it was going to be  one of those days  both winning fish came out of same hole.   bass wone it only 3 10  and a good old pick wone 6.  probally had 20 flag during the day.    out of the winning hole i caught at lest 8 fish  3 bass  4 pick and one brown  after the brown hit hole went quiet brown must of scare everything away brown was only  14 in  lol.   all in all a good day.  to bad we left camera  home  probably why we cough so many.   well one tourney paid for Bait this year and gas   be their next weekend for more money.   i have to say we complained about how they run the tourney with their splitting of the prize money but fore us worked out good   2nd place their was a tie and 5 was a tie  we got more the  the two guys their tie at 5   suck for them but its the way they do it   good luck to all  fish them up

dam i missed it i went to the cove but won a shappell rover for free. i thaught it was feb 19th is there a derby up the then too?  oh well  a shanty is just as good

I hear ya i was the lucky one tied with 5th 2.8 bass.I had a blast with all the boys and also brought up 8.I dropped a nice one with 15 min. left clearing the hole with my fist(stupid).Good luck guys get another check.

I was THERE Sunday and will be THERE this Sunday. Even though i didn't cash I think the payout is stupid on how they split the two ties and didn't knock out the smaller fish at the bottom......

Anyway congrats to those who WON, at LEAST we had a good time.

there is also one there feb 20th and we use a digital scale for acurate weight. in the event of a tie 1+2, 3+4 etc prizes will be combined and split
