Anyone fished delta lately? Heard a rumor that someone fished theire upper on 01/23 caught a 5lb and 8lb walleye and 35" pike. I have never come close to anything like that there.

Ive been fishing the lower but I haven't heard of any catches comin from the upper but hopefully its true though I haven't seen but a couple people up their

talked to a guy at wauseon who said he took 2 eyes at delta just at dusk 2 weeks ago.

whats a good spot to target eyes there..out by the boat launch or clear over on the other side of the reservoir, where I believe it gets really deep?? Im new to fishing reservoirs and need all the help I can get..thanks in advance!!

I fished the lower Sat. and just caught a few small crappies.

there is a real good topigraphical map available for delta that shows all the depths,man made fish attractors,and the camel humps out int he middle. the sportsmans map books for ohio has it in there. dnr might have one also.the books are great i have indian ohio and some michigan ones.

Any idea I can get that map, other than the dnr website??

The map along with many more are in the Sportsman Map Books. All the can be found at local sports store, hunting and fishing store, and I believe walmart carries them.
