chubby darters

all  :: the videos I have seen say that "chubby darters" are awesome should I get one ?  ???

I like them for several species.
I have several sizes and patterns.
As far as "should you get one".......it never hurts to add to the arsenal ;)

How much are they? and where do you get them and for how much and what patterns for walleye pike perch ... ???

Since I had to go to the airport we stoped a Cabela's.  I didn't get the Chubby brand as they were around the 10 buck mark.  I ended up with the lindy that rattle for around 7 I think.

I've got both and IMO they are pretty much the same thing (except like you said, one costs more).
Perch pattern, glow, and blue are my favorites.

only caught one sauger on them this year. I think the tackle shops are the ones promoting them.  LOL

Best colours are Perch and Glow, I catch eyes and Burbots on them on the river all the time.

Just started using chubbys...and I'm impressed. Best used with a flasher though.

When the chubbys work, they work, IMHO you'll catch more, you don't have to spend time rebaiting. But if they aren't what the fish want, put it back in the box and move on
