I have an issue with Redrock, and I called them twice and all I get is "We're looking into it." I order a 8" Nils on 12/27 and they charged my card for $160 right away. After thinking about it, I decided I wanted the 6" instead and called them the next day....no problem, they were able to switch the order and send the 6" auger. But they never gave me a credit for the $20 price difference when they said they would. The last call the woman told me "Well we had a price increase after the first of the year, so it is more." That wasn't the price on the day I ordered it!! This reminded me to call them again tomorrow. I am either getting a refund or a credit in more tackle.Why would they wait a couple of weeks to ship??? I would pay extra to get it sooner. That sucks man. BTW, I don't like it when a company charges my card right away, but doesn't ship it out until a couple of weeks later. It should be charged when shipped.
