Lake Menomin & Tainter Lake

Just wondering who on the shanty spends time out on Lake Menomin or Tainter Lake in Dunn County. I fish mostly Menomin and haven't had much luck this year is Tainter producing any fish? If you see a loud red Chevy truck at the landing stop by and say hi. My name is Adam.

Hey Adam, I'm Adam  I fish Menomin a couple times a year, just to visit my buddies that have a permanent out there. Rarely do I have any luck. They say that they only have early ice luck. Good Luck!

I fished tainter for a few years, before i moved up to the Chetek area. Got walleyes off of the flats starting this time of year, take a left off the elk point landing, 5 to 10'fow the bigger ones seem to be a little more shallow :tip-up:  ... good luck

Hey Adam, I haven't been having much of any luck either. Right now I have my shack right below the JTC dorms and it's not a good spot. I have only caught 1 small perch so far. I was also over by the library yesterday and had zero luck. I'm actually getting use out of my 4.5  inch auger because I'm moving around so much
