aquavu 750c

I bought this one from cabelas, took it out of the box, the camera works great but it keeps going from black and white to color.  Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

Same Thing i get it back to Cabelas, and exchanged to MarCum VS620 is best veiw underwater more sharp video. 750c is fair view on underwater and lot of set up on adjustment on the menu  too much work...
