What Magnum PI has neglected to state is that he has goated Dick (Fishingsurveyor) by previously stating that HIS honey hole is in Dick's backyard.

I agree with Bob in that this clown was serious, but also knowing that Dick would never be able to, nor would want to anti up such a trade.

Really?  I'll have to check over there, because that is NOT where Crappieville is.  Thanks for the tip.

For one, we can all have a red hot dog and make up, two, I actually never goated Dick it was my friend speaking with him and why he thinks it is in his back yard is beyond me because if he is in York county, its not even the right county so I dont know what went on between the two of them unless they were speaking of another good spot which I would be more than happy to private message any one with as it is a good spot but most know of it and if I blut it out someone is sure to give me crappie for it, at the same time, we helped him get the flasher he currently has, and that is how the two of them began talking.  B   the SW corner of crappie ville was a Tuna reference to the SWC of Stellwagon Back, which is a famous spot for offshore fishing that everyone knows of as is the sacred "crappie ville"

Two many people on here take themselves WAY to seriously when it comes to joking around about spots and being foolish but when It comes to serious things like ethics, most of them could give a flying  fish and say that I am a Nut.  None of it phases me I am who I am, and believe in what I believe and that is what makes the country great.  The last thing I am going to do is give up a great fishing resource to someone I dont know and haven't fished with that for all I know, will deplete it, tell every tom dick and harry and leave perch, pike pickerel ect on the ice and chock one up for feeding the eagles.  If any of you were to actually make the offer to fish with me in general, things would be different as those who have fished with me can attest.  If I met the right person who loved to fish as much as I do and respected the resource in the same way I do, I would probably share the spot.  If someone offered me that trip and I knew they would leave the perch and sunfish on the ice, I wouldn't do it not even for $10,000 The resources we have access to in this state are amazing and all to often to many of us take them for granted and its not until we sell them off to the highest bidder that we realize our mistake.   I for one, will NOT be participating in MCL this year because I feel I did enough damage last year and will give it a rest this year, only keeping what I personally will eat and wont mind cleaning and cooking.  Last year, I ended up cleaning and giving away a lot and was fine with the fact that it feed some good people but this year, im going to give the fish a rest who knows what will come next year.

I do not intend to offend any one and wish all of you good luck this year and safety and if any one needs help on something I am knowledgeable in, I will be glad to aid him or her.  With that, I am done with this demon I created and the rest of you can continue to laugh at me.  " In all right, If you cant laugh at your self, then who can you laugh at ? "

IN FACT one of the guys who jokingly harasses us (Fishsurveyor)  about the spot, I helped him get the only Marcum that was left last year at Cabelas.

Holy Moly-
I thought I might chime in to set the record straight.

Last year when I was looking for a Flasher (Marcum LX-5) I posted it here . Ferrai and redbandit sent me a pm saying that they went to cabelas and hide one because they were undecided on what model to purchase and decided to by a bird (I think) They were kind enough to give me the gps coordinates of where they hide the Marcum. I went over immedialtely and purchased the flasher. It was funny because I was tearing through the other merchandise and a sales associate asked me what I was doing I explained and come to find out he had just reorganized that area and found the flasher and placed it back in its original spot. Went home and sent them both a pm thanking them for the intel. I extended a invite to fish with these 2 guys and compare flashers and to thank in person. This is where the jokingly harrasment begins. Redbandit made a reference to thier spot as being in my backyard. Well that got me thinking... in my backyard... what have I overlooked or underfish. It was about then last year that Ferrai and MDH had thier online break up about so name calling. and they did not make anymore post. I sent a couple of pms to get together and fish (the Marcum has made a huge change in the way I catch fish)  and really wanted to thank them in person because the way it all happened. So when Redbandit posted I thought I would pm and thank him again and try to meet these two characters, and toss a joke out there about thier spot. The spot is not important to me. Its all fun plenty of crappie around more important to thank them in person.  So with that said lets put this one to bed. BTW wish all of you a happy holidays  ;D
