How to clean plastic drum?

Hey all,

 I am looking for advice on how to clean a plastic 55 gal drum in order to make a bait tank. The drum previously contained alchohol for a local distillery. Any input is appreciated.

i would fill it with water and filter it for a week or too to filter out the alcohol.

I have a small pump for a 12 foot inflatable pool, do you think will do it?

Hot water should drive out the alcohol vapors, you may have a slight odor, which you should be able to neutralize with baking soda.
