retreat : shanties all off, two truck sized holes through the ice at the ramp, open water by the island where the river comes in, big standing water on the ice in a few spots from the rain but its 15F so I expect they are frozen or crusted by now. looks like 3 to 5" of slush out there but I didn't go out, need some boards or walk down towards the retreat itself and get on at that little beach.

pond by cersasimo is partly open, all shanties were off but one, one fella was out there hammering panfish, perch or bluegills I would guess fromt eh size, his jig stick and sonar were flying in and out of the hole while I was there, plenty of seagulls circling him, didn't see any flags, did not go out to see him or check ice. was driving a black Jeep cj.

river is full of ice chunks busted loose from the rain.

Harriman, the whole river from Wilmington down is open and still high, its piled ice jams in the channel out through the lake, still can get to some ice if you go on down past the town beach, shanties are off and mostly the rain has made a mess of it, if you can find water you should be in fish. may go over today but more ikely I will be in NY where its warmer. lol.

have fun stay safe, 2 more weeks and the retreat will be open I'd guess.
