Berkley Tip-up Flag replacement

I bought some tip-ups this summer at a sale. One is missing the flag system. Not just the flag but the spring looking device too. I have emailed Berkley and they were no help. Any ideas? I checked HT and they have the flags, but not the spring like device.

You can use the spring door stopper.  I broke one of my berkly flags a fer years ago, there is now a hole in my drywall but tip up has a flag again.  They are under 4 bucks at the hardware store.

Just go to your bait store. Most cary replacements.
