I was there Saturday and there was still a good 18-20" of good solid black ice where we were fishing.  There was a little slush and snow in some spots and the shore line was a little sloppy but we had our ATV's out there.

OGGYDOGGY,
How was the ice on Tuesday?  How about the shoreline?  Do you think it would be safe to fish it Saturday morning?  Its about an hour ride for me so I appreciate the info.

I had the whole lake to myself today.  I fished until noon.  There was no slush today.  I walked all over the place.  The ice is still very solid still around 18 - 20  inches.  It is starting to pull away from the boat launch but you can still walk across its only 6 -12 inches.  There was someone unloading a ATV by the beach when I was leaving.  I wish I would of brought mine.
