Bel Fourche Res (Ice???)

Anyone been out there lately? Just wondering if it would be worth a trip out on Sat. If the ice is thin, then of course I won't waste my time.

the only i've heard is that they have started to let water in, and that was last week sometime.  so i'm sure the shorelines are shot by now.  i was actually just thinking about getting the boat ready, because it won't be long until the ice is off of orman.

I have received intel that the shore has Ice. Anyone else have some input? We don't want to drag stuff all the way out there.

I went out there yesterday and I can tell you I will not go out on that ice. The canal is for the most part open along with the area around the hot spring. The ice looks extremely slushy and there are some large water pockets o the ice. In some places there is open water at the shore and at the dock it looked like somebody went through with a vehicle right at shore. I did see 1 person out there so I think the ice is somewhat safe but not for me expecially with the weather lately.
