Ennis Lake

Has anybody started fishing the canyon for the browns yet?  If so how has it been?

My husband and I were out fishing Enis Lake on Sunday the 28th.  We fished by the bridge NOTHING.   Moved into the canyon some more and still NOTHING.   Was there from 9am till 1:30pm.   We talked to other folks that were out fishing as well and they had no luck as well.

Went and gave it a shot this morning and we only caught one medium sized brown...looks like we are still a few weeks out.

Went to Ennis Lake today but was about blown off the lake by the wind.   It was terrible.      Ennis is a pretty good place to fish but OMG the wind.
