We fish bomo regular for years, live about 15 mins. away from it. There's a few good honey holes for perch and panfish. We fish mostly for trout, once in a while land a good perch, 10-12 inches close to a pound is pretty regular. It does seem like last couple years have been pretty slow, though.
A bad day of fishing is still better than a good day at work

i've caught good perch south at the mouth of the channel in 10 to 12 feet and also up at the north end but below the float bridge.  te weird thing is though is that i've caught them right under the ice fishing for trout.  this is not a regular thing but i'll get em good once in a while
