Joe Wright Res?
« on: Feb 16, 2010, 12:56 AM »
Good evening everyone,
Do any of you extend the season by going up to Joe Wright for some harwater angling?  I ahve fished it a number of times during the summer, but never in the winter.  Anyone know in general how long the ice stays safe up there?  Thanks a lot, Chris

The problem with JW is the wind. It makes the ice really strange. Strange as in layers of slush and ice over and over for feet in some areas. Just be careful out there. Ice should be fine for a while.
