During lay-off it seems nowadays its just seems I be on the ice, and on the ice shanty most of my days! Thats my life these days... sigh

I'm getting there also - last weekend was our first official weekend of fishing, so we took pictures.

I also fillet my first fish ever (4 lbs Pike). Few bones but nothing major, lookin forward to mastering it.

This weekend it's just me and my better half, we plan on enjoying the time and the sky will be clear !

There is a lot of great info on this site for sure.

End of the month we are going to have a cook off and use our own special recipies !
