Heading out to Wehrspann

So im pulling the pin early at work today and headed out to Wehrspann ;D. I've neverr fished it before, does anyone have any tips?

Fish the flats just off the channel.  Or the old road bed by the handicapped pier.  Get a contour map and find structure with your electronics.
