Chris, if that's the place in Andover on Route 206 north its awesome. I stopped there a month ago & had no complaints. Give it a try & I'm sure you wont be disappointed.

The Smokehouse BBQ?  New place in the old stewarts root beer building north of Simon Peters and before Wolfs Corner Road.  I have not eaten there.  The only other new place is Timbers next to Cranberry lake.  Don't know alot about that place because it is very new.  Looks a little fancier though.

Here is the link to the BBQ on Route 206 in Andover. I have had the Rib Eye BBQ cheese steak that is out of this world.  http://www.smokehousebbqnj.com/

I ate there, after fishing Aeroflex.  I liked it.

People were friendly and the food is good.

They have Stewart's Root Beer, too.

Take out is the better route.

Never had good barbecue in NJ. Then again there aren't very many places. Tho only NJ barbecue place I know of (before seeing this thread) is a place on Goffle Road in Hawthorne and it is crappy. Then again maybe I am spoiled when it comes to barbecue having traveled extensively in the South.

Sonny's in Jacksonville, FL #1

I will definitely try these places on 206

Big Ed's rib's in ( I think ) Sayerville ( south of the Raritan bridge for sure). I had 8 racks when I was there with friends. At that time it was $20.00 and all you could eat. That's why I did 8 with the trimmings.
