Anyone fished this lake yet?  Heading up to Humbolt for Christmas might try getting out.

Talked to a guy today who fished it 2 days ago. says they caught a bunch of walleyes between 1.5 and 3 lbs, and 3 or 4 very large perch. im planning a trip there this weekend, i would love to get into some eyes. The closest ive got to a walleye this winter is losing one right under the hole  :-\

I used to fish Stoney Lake all the time when I was a kid.  Grew up 5 miles away from it and still own land next to the city's west side.  Used to be good walleye and perch out on the east end by Geenen's, but now I would be rather spooked, what with the city's lagoon emptying into the lake. ;)
