The laker division is gone in 2010 tourney however the burbot category is back and alot of BCers can compete in that one

Oh that's all right it just makes life interesting. Maybe one day we may have rainbows, lake trout and burbot as categories then who will be complaining. Only thing I don't like about the whole deal is that the ling lakes will probably get hit very hard this year .

I will be travelling afar still to catch some monster burbot and lakers. I will concentrate more now on burbot when I travel. Make me more of a night owl
I won't be hitting our ling lakes any different. Maybe others will 
I know Rolf, Gassyfinlander, Marty08, Mitch09, and icechip will be hitting Stuart the same as they always do.....hard, like flies to the poop pile

Well I guess you could say I will be hitting the ling hard this year as last year I made it out 3 times and only got 2 13" guys... plus they are probably the only category that Ill really be able to enter I think, maybe go for another 27" rainbow or bigger this year to enter in the Anything Category... still need to land my 10lb+ bow

Im happy and sad about it. Give the lakers a break. If were not trying to measure them , they might get back in the water faster. On the other hand, Im not as likley to release those delicious cod fillets.

Geez that's disappointing, I was expecting to get into some nice fish this year, oh well I'll still be going to check out those laker lakes anyway. Gotta find some truth to the stories I've been told and the open water pics I saw this summer of some big lakers.

Thats what I like,    I will be out there everynight,       Man  I got to get that Shanty built for sure,   Keven picked up a bunch of ling goodies today while in  town,   that kid will be out there every availiable moment of the day......  we are in trouble now,      he will  do well
