Ice Fishing North Carolina
« on: Jan 05, 2010, 09:45 PM »
Planning on getting out ice fishing in NC. With the temps as they have been in the mountains, I believe I will have good ice. I don't have any contacts up that way, so it will be an adventure come Saturday. I will let everyone know how this turns out. Wish me luck.

I don't like it here, so I will probably be here for a while.........

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!
Ice fishing is no catch and release sport.

Thanks for the report seascout. NO Kevin, I did not get on the ice. I was up and on the road by 6am, but all the water I could find was private. All gated, club land. I was very discouraged. Oh well, I have my fishing license, now I will use it elsewhere.
