Auger Blade Sharpener

I went out to Dick's and Gander Mountain today to get regeared for this season, and I picked up an auger blade sharpener for 5.99.  I've never had any luck sharpening my blades by myself, but it looks like this may work.  Anyone use one before?  It's made by Lazer, so I'm assuming it has some sort of validity.  Let me know if you've used one and what you think.

I use one for touch ups, but I don't think it replaces having them professionally sharpened or replaced. Just good to get by on basically.
