seat for clam

I just bought a Clam Nanook ice shelter, was wondering if I  coild buy better seats for it?

Do you think that they,re too small? I sat in a few at the store and although they seemed small, they were real comfy. They are memory foam or something?

Consider finding a nice comfyazz boat seat either at the store you got the Nanook or one of your local boat dealers.Put a nice comfy seat in my 1 man eskimo after the first trip though.Sitting on a carpet padded board didn't do my back a lot of good after an entire day on the ice.Is the seat from the Yukon able to be installed in the Nanook??

Yes you should be able to up grade your seats to the deluxe seat found in the yukon tc.. Check it out before you place your order ! I could be wrong !!

Yup ,any boat seat will fit, Same bolt pattern.

I dont know what clam is up to with there seating, I have a 2006/2007 guide and I love the seat, last year with the benchs and now with these tiny seats..what gives

I'm holding out replacing my seat in the Kodiak until I get some ice time in it. It is small but, for the short amount of time I've spent in it, comfortable. It will take actually using it before i make a judgment.
If i do replace it however I'm leaning towards one of those offshore fighting chairs you see on those big yachts. Maybe people will finally take me serious then

you can drop some serious money on them chairs. When I had my boat, I got the Overton catalog. Some of them captain chairs are steep, nice tho

I bought the Kodiak , then went to Bass Pro and picked up a boat seat ,they have a nice one on sale for $35. It's really light ,I gotta have a comfy seat . By the way they don't carry Kodiak's in the stores (BASS PRO)only the Kenia I asked if they could order me one he checked and said they had none in warehouse to ship !!Called 5 different outdoor stores before I finally found one !
