My sled i just bought

Well here it is the sled i am buying. It is called ol yeller not to sure of the year but think around 84ish can anyone tell me different. Anyway as you can see it needs a new seat or at least needs to get some sewing done.

Needs a paint job but the windshiled is good and it runs good. It is a 463 motor and well it is quick enough for me will get me where i need to go.  Anyway should have her hoe soon so i can get it cleaned up and painted and darken the windshild on it and then i should be pretty well ready to go.

Nice ride aliitle elbow grease and it will be a gem....I had one when I was a kid that thing ran like a top and was rugged as a tank.

Looks like a 1987 Skidoo Saffari 377 cc.  I used to own a 1986. spruce her up and she'll look great.

Hey olrik, What you have there is a 1985 or 1986 Formula MX liquid cooled. I bought one new in 86 and still have it. Pretty quick sled in its day.

As long as it starts on the 2nd pull.  I think its awsome.

Come to find out it is na 85. Had it out for a rip the other day and it still is pretty quick. Starts on the first pull. So now all i need is to get the insure on it and the owenrship and then the ice and we are good to go.

Some ppl tell me i should get the seat redone well i think i will buy a new roll of black ducttape and redo it my self hehehe.

I think i will keep the name "Ol Yeller" I kinda like it an dplus when i dont catch fish i can yell the whole way home with my ol yeller.
