depending on which way you are coming, go in the second entrance if you are coming from skowhegan, the first entrance is usually gated off and has less parking, thursday the lake wasn't plowed off at the end of the day after we got all the snow, haven't been since so I'm not sure, if you have 4x4 you should be fine anyway, if not the good thing is it's a small lake so walking isn't to bad, depending on where you want to fish there is 2 different parking spots either when you first drive in or you can go all the way to the end of the road and there is another small parking area, rumor has it there was a 8lb rainbow and a 6lb brown caught a week ago 2 days apart and they were both caught about 100 yards apart, pretty much right in the middle, I have a shack on the right side about half way down the lake, fished there thursday and didn't get a single flag, if you wan't to catch a lot of fish but not picky what you catch go all the way to the left corner, you will catch pickerel all day
