Thought I'd let everyone know about the great experience I had with this online company.  They have incredible prices and when I ordered a few Polar tip ups for spares I was contacted the next day about my order.  The had apparently run out of stock on one of the items I had ordered but told me that they would be getting a new shipment in on Friday from HT.  They wanted to know if I was willing to wait for that shipment to arrive for my order to be shipped or if I wanted to do something different (exchange for another item, ship separately, etc).  They also provided me with a phone number to call or I could log onto their website and add a note to my order with my wishes.

I replied that I didn't mind waiting but asked if they would be willing to refund some of the priority mail (vs standard mail) shipping I had paid.  They did better than this: credited my Paypal account for essentially the price of one of the tip ups and gave me a coupon code for 10% off my next order!  I was very impressed with the personal attention and communication from an online company, not to mention the great prices, so I thought I would share with everyone else.

I have been in constant communication with them as well, ended up placing a second order with them for friends using my 10% off coupon from the first order.  For mine they were waiting on a shipment from HT Enterprises (what I was told) to complete the order and gave me the option.  I wasn't sure if it was going to make it for this coming weekend or not so I finally asked them to ship what was in stock and the rest later which they promptly did.  Originally it did not matter to me since I was snowmobiling all last weekend and wasn't in a rush.  When I spoke to Aaron he even offered to knock down the shipping cost further given the delay.  I could see how a dealer could run out of items during peak season so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt still (mostly because of the great prices and personal customer service), hope it doesn't bite me either!!  I should have most of my order on Friday and backordered items on Saturday, we'll see.

I wonder if they don't stock anything, or only stock the most common items, so if they can't get the stuff from the manufacturer right away that is their solution?  My partial order has shipped with all in stock items, and the rest is supposed to be in and ship out today.  Guess I'll keep taking the 10% off and plan my orders better rather than last minute!
