I have 2 pairs and the old pair that were made in the USA are better then the one made in China, But make sure you leave yourself some toe room with heavy socks on and you'll love em.

I dont know whats happend to lacross, but they seem to have gone down the tubes as far as quality. the alpha burlys i bought this past fall are nowhere as good as the ones i bought 4 years ago. maybe its a chinese thing, some are made here and most there.

I have a pair of Lacross Ice Man pac boots that I bought about 20 yrs ago and that is my go to boot when its real cold and they are very comfortable to walk in.  I think they are better than a pair of Rocky's I paid three times as much for.

It's true what the previous posts say about the quality of Lacrosse boots.  Used to be good quality, but not any more.  I may need a new pair by next winter and may purchase a brand other than Lacrosse for the first time in nearly 20 years.

That really sucks, I just bought my son a pair of outpost11's. I only went back to Lacrosse because my old ones have been great. 6 years on my feet and three on his.

If you guys want to buy good boots for fishing, Go to where they sell commercial fishing gear. you will probably find a pair of boots there, that will last many more years than your normal boots and be cheaper.
