Just wondering if any IceShanty members are going to Walker this weekend? It's THE place to be for fishing 'pout, at least in Minnesota.

We occassionaly catch Eelpout or as we call them here "Lawyer Fish" on the bay of GreenBay and if prepared correctly are excellent eating and are fun to catch especially if using a light line for perch. Are there any spots other than the Bay where they can be found through the ice here in Wis.? ???

I've caught them in the Wolf River during the spring walleye run.  Winnebago has them and I heard that the deep water in Winneconne is supposed to be pretty good.
