Im happy to say I had a great experience with Jason Mitchell customer service today. This past weekend I broke the tip off a recently purchased JM meatstick...I rod that has been my favourtie of this young season. I email Mitchell this morning inquiring about the warrenty and what I needed to do and within hours I got an email response that said "send us the rod and we will take care of the warrenty for you". I was very happy with this, as a couple seasons back I had a similar issue with a St Croix ice rod that broks, they asked for $10 and I also had to pay to ship it...the rod was only $25 new, and i was paying $25 to get a warrenty replacment..and I had to wait 3 weeks for it to come...lets hope this great JM service keeps up
