UP ON BLOCKS

So do those of you who put out permanents also put your shanty's on blocks 

I put down treated 4by4's cause the first time I had to free up my shanty cause I left it on the bear ice will be the last time

Always higgins. 4x4 blocks works the best i cant get out all the time and if we get a warm spell and the ice melts I'm in deep trouble. That's why i built a new house because the last one was not on blocks and it froze in and i played hell getting it out. I don't use treated block's cause i have access to solid oak 4x4s.
