Anyone know how thick the ice is and how far it stretches out towards the end of Long Point?  Also, has anyone been catching anything here?

Rapala2082 first welcome to the shanty. I have been fishing deep bay the last couple of weekends. The ice is about 8" and its frozen out just past the dock it was frozen out farther than that but the south wind got it. I saw a man and his wife with a pail after all day but alot of small ones. No really good catches yet. I had a half pail one day but thats about it. Hope this info helps. Check out the Lake Champlain thread thats been started.
