I'll second the hali jig but have had luck tipping the hook with tiny bits of night crawler. I don't think they're that picky.

Same. I usually just leave my pink one on. Gotten lakers on it too. Now that's fun to play on 4lb test!

Yeah bring a few different colors to see what's working.   Halis are the way to go.  They'll eat anything but it needs to be small.  Maggots are good to start with but they really love a little bite of smelt.

X3 on the halis. I like the yellow and gold one beat mysefl but as everyone said bring a few to try in case ur go to isnt working. Usually just put a spike on em
