treble size for pimples and kastmasters for largemouth ?

I would like to change out some treble hooks on swedish pimples and kastmasters  that I plan to use trying to catch largemouth bass in some ponds , the hooks on them now seem very small size 12 or smaller , the lures are 1/10 oz and 1/12 oz  , what size replacements should I use ?

experiment, I usually bump my hook sizes up a size or two, but not enough to impede action on the lure.

I know the 1/10 oz.Pimple has a #12 treble or a #8 single hook. I'd bet your 1/12 oz Kastmaster is the same. You can certainly bump a size like missoula said or if they're regular trebles keep the same size and use a wide gap hook. Or both... As noted, watch the effect on your spoons action as you exchange.

I typically trade my hooks for size 10 or even 8 for that #2 pimple and 1/12 oz kastmaster.

I catch a lot of bass on pimples while jigging for crappie.  I trade out the trebles for the single Siwash hook that comes with it (assuming they still do).  Single hook works great and is easier to remove than the treble.

I have always disliked the size of hooks on the Kastmasters. I recently changed out a lot of mine. I think the ones they come with are just too small and I loose a lot of fish using them.
