If you are on the south side of catherine capers, I would run my tipups from shore out to a couple hundred feet from shore.  Say in 5-20 ft of water.  There is a little flat there with weeds on it during the summer and I would think it should hold some fish.  Also try and find where it breaks into deeper water and put some traps along the break.  If you are on the north west side of the camp, I would go up in front of the next camp up and set my tipups out in front of it,  I know it stays shallower there, but there is a weedline there during the summer I catch some fish off.  Hope I'm rembering things right and good luck.  good fishin

Ever tried fishing a different lake?
That's what I'm doing this weekend!
To slow there the past few!
Goodluck!
