Little Sodus Bay (LSB)

Ice condition on LSB....as of today 1/1/2010.....  safe ice is on the South end of the bay 4" to 6" on most of it..
can get on at Little Sodus Inn...don't go beyond FOX POINT (East side), as there has been open water off and on from there to channel to Lake Ontario all this wk.

I only could see 5 guys out there yesterday....

I want to hit LSB this year and was doing some google work on it . I came across a snowmobilers discussion forum and saw that they are planning races there on January 30th . Just a heads up for anyone planning to go there then .

LSB  -  JAN 11,2010
    Was  out today,  there is good ice and bad ice (slush 8-10"),  SO BE VERY CAREFUL,  saw some shanty's at the PARK Boat Ramp area, and only  3 - 4 on the other part of LSB,   fished  11 - 4 and only had 5 that were 8-10".
   Got  them jigging with spikes.
