Went out to evaluate travel on the lake before any snow lands on the ice and found lots of variable conditions especially where reefs are popping up, near any rock outcrops and some shoals. One of the worst was leaving Ctr Harbor on both sides of 1 Mile Island. Already watched one guy go in from lack of common sense. He got out safe.
