if you are fry n a lot of fish dont wast your money on any thing but flour and your own spices. flour garlic salt tony chachrys  lemon pepper,beer.

Another vote for Drakes here.  Mix it with egg, roll and fry in olive oil.  Perch meal fit for a King.

Shore Lunch Original.

Even better: Coat the fish with Shore Lunch, dip in egg wash, then coat in panko crumbs. The perfect seasoning plus the perfect crunch!

You gotta try rolling fillets in melted butter than in a bowl of crushed salt and vinegar Pringles, bake for 5 minutes at 450, flip bake 5 more! 
Keep them kids from turning to booger brains.

I use Bisquik Pancake mix with salt and pepper...tastes great..
