I tried them last season thru the ice and had zero luck. I wasnt using a flasher or anything so that may have had something to do with it.
Had more luck with a small silver kastmaster tipped with a meal worm.

The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad.

I love the Trout Magnet!!! I use these on a little resevoir in Utah.  It's the only thing that I use for Rainbow Trout through the ice... Slay em w/ the Trout Magnet! No flasher either... I seem to do better w/out the flasher.

I do very well with these, love the gold ones on days when they dont hit any of my other arsenal. Have caught bows & cuttys with theses. I will admit they are pretty spendy, good thing they sell them at wally world here

Never heard of the trout magnet. Is it like power bait or something like it.
Would like to try it out. Where can I buy it?

Thanks smitty

I love the white trout magnet!! I have done well with the other colors also but white seems to be best for me i like to take a waxie and split the tail with it seems to work really good with that presentation for trout> I usually throw one pack in every grocery trip to wally world. ;D
