Fresh fried walleye fillets for breakfast...mmmmmmm.  Those look good Bart.  Now Im hungry for fish fry....Grilled flank tonight, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow night....

 Coat fillets in season flour(salt, pepper and lemon pepper), then dip in a milk/egg wash and back into the season flour. Simple, but it's good...  ;D
