UGH!!!! Why cant Clam answer an email

I have a trap lite that is about  15 yrs old      I am looking for a new cover and clam can't seem to answer an email for the last two seasons.    I'm not looking for a freebie,just an answer on what will fit my old hut.   Anybody got any suggestions since Clam won't answer my emails?

Translating into the various Chinese dialects is tough  ;)2 They've become increasingly all profit motivated and indifferent towards customers the last few years, don't expect much from them and am sorry to hear about it

I too had an issue with my voyager and no response whatsoever.Good luck.
Any day I get to play with my auger is a good day!

I have a hub issue and have left them messages. I had issue last year and they handled it great. That's the reason I bought another clam Bigfoot 4000t. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for the holidays but will try calling tomorrow. I'll keep posted and let them know they are getting bad press here.

last year when I emailed them, they replied right away.... not sure what the problem is, maybe going to spam box?    ???

I have 3 Clam Shelters and I have never had an issue with them responded back to me. Are you sure their e-mail didn't get hung up in your Spam filter.

i will never own another clam product as long as i live ......thats how much luck ive had with clam.....nuff said!

As with most business they like to take care of repeat and the new, hopefully repeat buyers. I'm sorry but product support for a 15 year old product will be minimal.

When I had a problem last year with the zippers on my seats I called them and they took care of me quick. Try that and you may get better results. Good luck

Guess you should switch to otter products.

Like swift said, it's all about money now. There egos got too big moving to a bigger factory. There quality is going down now.

Hey there, I am part of Clam's Powerstick Staff, I hate to hear that youre having problems with these guys, try giving Carrie a call in customer service at 1-763-231-4130

Yes, its true that there have been a few mistakes since manufacturing began overseas, but customer service is great and they will fix any issues you have. They may want proof that it was a manufacturing defect, but they WILL fix your issues.

If Carrie can't help you, PM me and i'll give you the email address of someone else who may be able to.

I had a problem with my Command Post and they took great care of me. Surprised to read others are having issues with them responding.
