wow. its been over fifty all day. hard winds, lots of rain....not a good scenario. lets hope for some cold weather. wonder how much ice we lost today.

Rich u own a saw mill. Make a 12 footer and we will get to the ice. If I wasn't going south we wud be out tomar. Its safe

Wow lil angry there. I wud be to after all the bait flags u get. I just like to watch the big man yell when they get to close. Well that is when he wakes up to fish. But we both know budlight is first gator second to him.

I checked the ice today at Cowbanks.....only went out about 20 ft onto the black ice..cut one hole...5" thick.  no snow or water on the ice....very slick

Shanty is high and dry, the brook has cut in some but it's still a long ways from the shack, I don't think you could put the inside tipup where it was saturday ,the brook at the ramp raise hell alittle,and the one by the picnic table really raise the dickens.The cove coming from the south end has some open water by the docks.But all 3 shantys are in good shape.BB
